What You Will Do
- Supervise and support security officers across multiple sites
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure full coverage and compliance
- Train and coach officers while providing corrective guidance when needed
- Complete daily reports and incident documentation accurately
- Act as the main point of contact between field staff and management
- Respond to incidents emergencies and assist with conflict resolution
What We Are Looking For
- Prior security experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Law enforcement or military background is a plus but not required
- ACT 235 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
