Job Title: Hiring Assistant

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
KRE Security is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hiring Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping ensure a smooth hiring experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying required documentation
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate employee records and hiring documentation
- Support background check and pre-employment screening processes
- Collaborate with management to ensure staffing needs are met
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and hiring team
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Previous administrative or HR experience preferred, but not required
