Schedule: Friday–Monday | Four 10-Hour Shifts

Pay: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while working a consistent four-day schedule with three days off each week. You’ll play a key role in supporting officers in the field, ensuring operational standards are met, and helping maintain strong client relationships across assigned locations.
As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be trusted to handle a variety of responsibilities including site support, officer coaching, incident response, and operational oversight. A company vehicle is provided, allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance
- Train, coach, and mentor field personnel
- Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
- Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management
- Respond to incidents and assist with resolving on-site challenges
- Ensure officers maintain professionalism, appearance, and performance standards
- Assist with shift coverage and operational support when needed
What You Bring
- Previous security experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- ACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
- Law enforcement or military background is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving ability
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $23–$25/hour based on experience
