Position Overview
KRE Security, LLC is seeking dependable and professional Security Officers for a permanent second-shift assignment at a gated residential lakefront community in Auburn, PA. This position offers a consistent weekly schedule in a structured, professional environment with a long-term assignment.
Officers assigned to this post will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence throughout the community during the evening hours, conducting patrols, monitoring property access, and responding to incidents or resident concerns as needed.
This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, observant, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
Patrol & Security Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community.
- Monitor community entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
- Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
- Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
Reporting & Communication
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Security experience preferred but not required.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
