KRE Security is seeking dependable, professional Security Officers to support sporting events at a university in the Lewisburg, Pennsylvania area. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in providing a safe, welcoming experience for students, staff, athletes, and visitors.
Opportunities are available for football, soccer, and basketball events, and other sporting/event needs with both indoor and outdoor assignments available.
Available Positions

Interior Event Security: Assist with access control, monitor entrances, observe spectator activity, and help maintain a safe environment inside athletic facilities.

Exterior Event Security: Monitor designated outdoor areas, assist with crowd management, and help maintain security around athletic venues.

Parking Attendants / Traffic Control: Direct vehicles to designated parking areas, assist visitors with parking instructions, and help maintain safe traffic flow before and after events.

Event Security Officers: Provide a visible security presence, observe and report incidents, assist guests, and follow site-specific procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence.
- Monitor assigned areas and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
- Follow post orders and instructions from supervisors.
- Assist with crowd control, access management, and parking operations as assigned.
- Communicate professionally with guests, university personnel, and fellow security officers.
- Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work assigned shifts.
- Complete required reports and communicate incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, including outdoor assignments in varying weather conditions.
- Must be available to work scheduled sporting events, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Prior security, event staffing, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required, depending on the assignment.
- Must meet applicable company hiring requirements and complete any required background checks, training, and site-specific clearances.
